To: Management and Owner of HV88
As we are completing the first 2 months of our 8-month stay at HV88, we would like to share our experience of living at HV88 so far.
We were first introduced to HV88 by a close friend who stayed at HV88 for a few months a few years back when his apartment was under renovation.Later on, one of our relatives in Canada came back to HK to stay at HV88 for a few months 2 years in a row to visit his grandchildren who live nearby.Both recommended HV88 mainly on the basis of the ensuite laundry with washer and dryer, which was rare among other HK service apartments. When we were searching for a service apartment a year or so ago, we dropped by HV88 to have a quick visit and was impressed by the layout of the suite. Our stay over the last 2 months further confirmed that there are many more attractions to HV88 than just the ensuite washer and dryer.
One of the primary attractions of HV88 is its location, at the quieter Blue Pool Road of the bustling Lower Happy Valley. Within close walking distance, one can find all kinds of shops and restaurants providing almost every amenity necessary for everyday life. Even though Happy Valley is not directly located on any MTR line, the area is served by different modes of transport, minibuses, buses as well as trams. We had easy access to public transport and were able to explore different parts of HK, Kowloon and even the New Territories.
Another attraction is the design of the suite. With only 2 units on each floor, HV88 provides good privacy for its tenants. Despite the limited space and the studio setup, the design allows for maximum natural light for the suite. It also wisely utilizes a small balcony as the separate laundry room, together with a separate well-equipped kitchen on the side. All these resulted in a very comfortable and efficient space usage in the open studio suite.
The most important attractions of HV88 are its staff. From the very affable 67% at the front desk, to cheerful Amy and her cleaning & technical support team, and to the very responsive and efficient Orca and Caroline at the Management Office, everyone exudes a very friendly and courteous attitude and care towards us, the tenants. One can also feel the camaraderie within the staff team, covering and helping each other out naturally and happily. We congratulate you to have such wonderful staff working at HV88.
We enjoyed a marvelous time living at HV88 over the past 2 months. We look forward to our remaining 6-month stay and hope that we can keep coming back to stay whenever we are back to HK in future.
